The 12th National Voters Day Celebration was on 25th January 2022 at Phek DC conference hall with its theme ‘’Making Election Inclusive, Accessible and Participative”

            Phek Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Razouvolie Dozo as the Guest of honour said Indian being the largest democratic country in the world, every citizen of India has the right to choose our leaders for which we need to create awareness among our people/ voters.

Free and fair election should be conducted by maintaining equal participation.

While congratulating new members for enrolling themselves he called upon them to play active role in this venture. The programme was chaired by Mechietsho Koza, EAC & AEO I/C, Phek.

Significance of NVD was delivered by Phuleshe K. Yepthomi, NCS, ADC HQ & ERO, Phek. Speech on behalf of newly enrolled voters was given by Muguhu Hoshi. Special song was presented by Amos Aier and friends.

Kozote Akami was chosen the best BLO’s 2021 for newly electoral roll of 19 A/C. Distribution of EPIC/Badges to newly enrolled voters. Administration of NVD pledge was also done at the meeting.
