Special Secretary (Home), Limasunep Jamir IPS has notified for awareness of General Public and concerned Stakeholders that the Department of Fire & Emergency Services will be conducting a series of scheduled test runs of Fire Tenders equipped with Sirens to ensure the readiness and effectiveness of the Fire Response System on the scheduled date, times and place mentioned as follows: 

Date: 27th March 2025

 Timings: 

Between: 6:00 a.m - 7:00 a.m

Between: 9:00 a.m - 11:00 a.m

Between: 3:00 p.m -5:00 p.m.

Places: 

Kohima, Zunheboto, Dimapur, Wokha, Jalukie, Tuensang, Mokokchung, Longleng, Phek, Mon, Pfutsero, Kiphire.

Therefore the general public and concerned stakeholders have been requested to extend their cooperation and be advised that sirens may cause temporary disruptions in the normal activities.
