A one-day training on Archival Records Managment was conducted at Benreu village, Peren organised by the Art & Culture Department, Nagaland on 28th March 2025, with resource persons of the training, Research Officer Art & Culture, Lanukaba Imchen and Record Keeper, Thonyi Krocha.

The resource persons during the session shared about the importance of archiving documents and how important records or documents can be archived and stored in a proper and systematic manner. They also gave inputs to the trainee on how to safely maintain and improve on archiving church and village records more systemically.

The training was attended by village council members, church leaders and others. During the practical session the resource persons also visited the church archive section and also gave their inputs and suggestions for more systematic archival managements.

Assistant Director, Art & Culture, Peihau Nsarangbe gave introductory speech on the training and Secretary Archive committee BBU Suipeu Iheilung pronounced the vote of thanks.
