The monthly Peren District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting for the month of November was held on 17th November 2020 at DC's Conference Hall, District HQ. Peren under the chairmanship of Advisor Water Resources, Namri Nchang, who is also the Chairman of DPDB Peren.

Agenda approved during the meeting included introduction of helicopter service between Dimapur and Tening ADC Hq. once in a week and restoration of road damaged by monsoon rains along Peren-Nsong Circle. Registration of Society-Peren District Common Service Centre Village level Entrepreneur was deferred to be discussed in the next meeting. Discussion in regard to Celebration of 75th year of Peren District was also held.

Advisor Water Resources, Namri Nchang cautioned the Heads of Departments and their subordinate staff to be in station as well as carry out their work with utmost sincerity at the same time serve the public. He also directed DC Peren to check the attendance record of every department and incase of any complaint regarding irregularities of Govt. employees it will be dealt with appropriate action on serious note.

The meeting concluded with vote of thanks from the chair of DC Peren.
