District Tobacco Control Cell, Mon under National Tobacco Control Programme (NTPC) conducted an "Awareness Programme on Tobacco" on 11th February 2021 at DC Office, Mon. Resource person of the event, Nodal Officer NTPC Mon Dr. I. Simon Sumi, presented a talk on "Adverse Effects of Tobacco on Human Body". A short videoclip on the harmful effects of tobacco and its products was also displayed. 

            The programme was attended by ADC Mon HQ, Rahul Mali, IAS, SDO (Civil) Ilika Zhimomi, NCS, EAC Chubasanen NCS, Dobashis and staffs of the DC Office Mon.
