BADMINTON STADIUM AT PUNGRO TOWN REPAIRED AND RENOVATED

The Badminton Stadium at Pungro Town, which was in dilapidated condition has been successfully renovated. An inauguration programme was held on 6thJuly 2020 at the indoor stadium.

Abhinav Shivam IAS, ADC Pungro who inaugurated the Stadium, stated that sports is important for maintaining good health and also make people come closer. He challenged the public both youngsters and elderly to participate and keep up with a healthy competition in sports.

Kongsu, President of Pungro Public Forum, Shelimthong, executive chairman YTC and Musumong Head GB Pungro Town spoke on the occasion. Nuhuta Tunyi, EAC Pungro expressed gratitude to leaders and all concerned for the help and support and whose contributions were instrumental in making the cherished dream of the people come true.
