The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Guwahati Bench team headed by Member (Judicial), Rajinder Singh Dogra, accompanied by a five-member team, arrived at Dimapur Railway Station on October 7, 2026, to conduct a Circuit Court sitting in Kohima from October 8 to 9.

On arrival they were received by officials and headed to circuit house, Dimapur for an online court proceeding before proceeding to Kohima by road.
