Program for celebrations of Ujjwal Bharat Ujjwal Bhavishya was held at Chosaba Village Council Hall in Phek district, on 28th July 2022 where Deputy Commissioner Phek, Razouvolie NCS was the special guest. 

            DC Phek congratulated the villagers for the successful setup of power supply facilities in the villages. He urged the village people to co-operate with the concerned power department and utilize all the facilities judiciously. DC also distributed LED bulbs at the program. 

Dy. Gen Manager (HR) NEEPCO Shillong, Stephen Siam Khuptong spoke the keynote address of the program. Executive Engineer Power Dept, Phek delivered the welcome addressed. 

Short films on Universal Household Electrification (REF), Village Electrification (REC), and Film on Renewable Energy (PFC), etc were shown at the program. 

Testimonials on Electrification by VEMB Chosaba Village and Cultural performances by Men Folks and Women Folks were held.

The function was chaired by SDO(C) Phek, Tsenthungo E. Ngulli, NCS Invocation prayer for the program was pronounced by Pastor, Chosaba Baptist Church, Nuchitso Nusory and Chikhoneyi Vero, Chairman Chosaba Village Council gave the vote of thanks.
