Deputy Commissioner, Kiphire, Rahul Mali, IAS, in an order has informed that some village authorities in Kiphire have issued prohibitory directives preventing the entry and exit of medical staffs including general public.

The  DC has warned that such unauthorized obstruction and violation of laid down Government orders and infringement on individual rights and offence shall be take legal action under section 186 and 188 of the Indian penal code and Nagaland Epidemic Diseases Regulations 2020 and section 51 of the Disaster management Act 2005.

Violating of this order, action shall be initiated against any village authorities obstructing the entry and exit of medical staffs including general public.
