Deputy Commissioner Longleng M. Shayung Phom has notified to all the landowners / other governmental / Non-governmental Agencies under section 9 (2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition and Acquisition Act 1965, to clear up / vacate the acquired buildings, plantation, fisheries and any other structures on the compensated areas for construction of two lane with hard shoulders of Changtongya-Longleng road (under Longleng district) within 15 days from the issue of this notice.

After the stipulated date, the acquired land will be taken possession by the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (MoRTH) for construction of 2 lane of Changtonya-Longleng road (SARDP-NE) immediately without further notice.
