DC Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS, on 21st May 2021, in a circular issued, requested all beneficiaries (18-44) who have booked a slot for Covid-19 vaccination but are unable to get vaccinated on the appointed date to cancel their appointments (online) at least one day prior so as to enable willing beneficiaries to avail the opportunity. Cancellation/Booking of slots is not possible on the day of vaccination. 

In another notification, the DC has informed that the interval for the Second dose of Covishield vaccine has been revised to 12-16 weeks after the First dose. All recipients have been requested to get their 2nd dose of Covishield within the stipulated time interval.
