DC Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS on 6th January 2022, issued a circular stating that all domestic and foreign tourists, traders, businessmen, students, labourers, priests, teachers and anyone else who needs to obtain ILP to enter Mon district can now obtain the same online at www.ilp.nagalnd.gov.in by following the instructions indicated therein.
