In supersession of all previous order by the office and in pursuance of the order Kohima, the 31st August 2020 issued by the Government of Nagaland, the Deputy Commissioner Mon, Thavaseelan K has informed that the activities are allowed in Mon District with immediate effect, outside the containment Zones, subject to strict compliance of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with this order.

1. All shopping malls are allowed to open and function subject to strict adherence to the SOP.
2. All restaurants are allowed to open and function to strict adherence to the SOP
3. All hotels and other hospitality units are allowed to open and operate subject to strict adherence to the SOP
4. All gymnasium and yoga institutes are allowed to open and operate subject to strict adherence to the SOP.

In addition to the above, the barber shops, salons, beauty parlors are also allowed to open and function subject to strict compliance of the guidelines.
