Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu, Dr. Zasekuolie, IAS has informed that in continuation of the earlier notice, It is considered necessary as part of the ongoing developmental activities and its furtherance to carry out widening of the existing approach road to two-lane specification, from the road junction near Town Hall Tseminyu towards the proposed site at Phenda area, to enable smooth road access for the purposed of facilitating expansion and development of the District Administrative Headquarter, including the development of govt. offices and modern town infrastructure at the proposed site against the backdrop of such paramount requirements for the newly created Tseminyu District.

It is found that portions of Government Allotted plots of land situated alongside the aforementioned road stretch fall within the proposed road widening area surveyed by the office of the executive engineer PWD(R&B) Tseminyu.

As per the terms and conditions of the allotment order issued by the Govt. vide this office, it is clearly stated that the Government will take over the land allotted to the allottee if required by the Government and for which no alternative site may be allotted.

Therefore, it has been ordered that the Government will take over those portions of allotted land falling within the aforementioned surveyed road area for public utility.

In view of the above, all concerned Individuals/Organisations with portions of their allotted plot of land falling within the earmarked land area proposed for road widening have been notified to clear and remove any materials/structures from the surveyed land area within 15(fifteen)Days of this notice after which the road widening exercise shall commence. Any concerned individuals/groups failing to take compliant action of the notice within the stipulated period shall be doing so at their own risk. This notice is issued for strict compliance by all concerned, DC stated.
