Principal Secretary Abhijit Sinha IAS though an office memorandum had requested all concerned Departments to submit the write-up to be incorporated in Chief Minister Speech on the occasion of Independence Day 2020.  Home department will prepare the draft speech for the same basing on the inputs of the write-up received from various departments of the State Government.

The order directed all the concerned departments to submit the write-up through their concerned Administrative Heads of Departments and that the write-up to be written exactly in the way the departments would like to appear in the final speech. He also said that the write- up should be in brief narrative form and should carry important achievements of the departments and plans for the coming year. He further added that the write-up should be submitted along with CD (soft copy) latest by 10th July 2020.
