The Department of Information & Public Relations condoled the untimely demise of Late S. Changsang, retired Director, Department of Information & Public Relations, Government of Nagaland, who passed away at Imphal on 1st September 2021.

Late S. Changsang served the Department in various capacities till his retirement from service as Director of IPR in 2002. He was Director of the Department from 1-07-1991 to 7-06-1994 and then from 21-02-1995 to 30-06-2002. He served the Department with utmost dedication and compassion, and worked tirelessly for the betterment of the Department and the Government, it said. The Officers and staff of the Department of Information & Public Relations fondly remember him as an efficient and sincere leader who was highly respected and admired. Terming his death as an irreplaceable loss, the Department said that he will be remembered for all his priceless contributions.

The Officers and staff of the Department expressed their empathy with Late S. Changsang’s family and loved ones and pray that the God grant solace at this hour of loss and grief.
