District Level Consultative meeting on Panel for Review of Communitization of Public Institution & Service Act 2002 was held on 24th September 2021 at DC’s conference hall Longleng.

Chairperson, Panel for Review of Communitization of Public Institutions & Services Act, 2002 Banuo Z Jamir, IAS (Rtd) stated that the main objective is to find out what impact has the Communitization had made in the developmental processes in the village level, as the Government fails to review for more than 20 years. She asked all line departments to select performing and non performing villages from all the sectors so they can conduct survey in the respective areas.

Chairperson, Banuo Z Jamir, IAS (Rtd) handed over the questionnaire framed for all the line departments for conduct of survey and urged them to re-examine and give their own views and honest opinions and submit the questionnaire on or before 15th October 2021.
Chairperson, Bruno Z Jamir, IAS (Red) was accompanied by Member Secretary, panel for review of Communitization of public institutions & Services Act 2002, John Lohe and other officials.

Deputy Commissioner Longleng M. Shayung Phom chaired the meeting. Officers from District Administration, Schools Education, Health & Family Welfare, Power, Social Welfare and Rural Development attended the meeting.
