To take the views of the village level and with the objective to find out how Communitisation has been functioning in the last 19 to 20 years the panel has asked the departments to select performing and non-performing villages from all sectors to enable the panel to select villages to conduct survey in their respective areas said, Chairperson for Panel for Review of Communitisation of Public Institution & Services Act 2002, Banuo Z Jamir IAS (Rtd).
Addressing the consultative meeting held at Wokha on 20th Sept 2021, Jamir also stated that Government fells that we must find out what impact has Communitisation had made in the development process in the village level because the status of village development will reflect upon the State health of development. She also put up questionnaires for line departments for conduct of survey for the selected villages where she urged to submit the same before 15th of October 2021.
Member Secretary Panel for Review of Communitisation of Public Institution & Services Act 2002, John Lohe and other officials accompanied the Chairperson. Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, OrenthungLotha chaired the meeting.
