District Task Force (DTF) Kiphire on 13th Nov, 2020 held a review meeting at DC’s Chamber on 13th November 2020 under the chairmanship of newly posted DC Kiphire, Ajit Kumar Ranjan IAS.
Some of the agenda discussed in the meeting were:
- To prepare facility quarantine at DUDA guest house.
- To take care of food and its preparation at CCC by the District Administration.
- To prepare COVID-19 fund contribution expenses.
- Reopening of School for the higher classes will be operated on students voluntary basis.
Dr.Dheni while presenting overall COVID-19 related case in the district, he informed that total COVID-19 positive patients from Kiphire district was 23 but all have recovered and as such currently there is no positive case. He also stated that so far Kiphire has not seen any COVID-19 related death in the district. He said that 13 beds in general ward is kept ready which can further be increased to treat any suspected COVID-19 patients.
