District Public Relations Officer Dimapur also in charge of Chumoukedima and Niuland districts, Lolano Patton has called upon the musicians for strengthening and empowering today's youth spiritually through the power of music and creativity.

She said this while gracing the Graduation program for the short-term Music course 2022 as the guest of honor at the Golden Crown Theological College, Nagarjan Dimapur on 16th June 2022.

Asserting that the youth of today has passion in the field of music, Patton reminded the music graduates about their bigger role in shaping, nurturing, and molding the youth spiritually through the power of music.

She encouraged the musicians to strive harder with commitment and determination and to believe in themselves. She urged them to contribute to the extension of church Ministry and also bring about radical changes in the Christian music industry in the State. On the occasion, the special guest gave away awards of excellence and graduation certificates to the Music graduates. A total of 18 students graduated in Church music.

Director, Golden Crown Theological College (GCTC) Director, Rev Dr. Nzan Odyuo assured to train more musicians for the ministry of the church.

Highlights of the program included Prelude and performances by Mhathung Odyuo, Assistant Professor of Music (Vocal), and Benry Moses, Albert Kanken Piano Instructor, a special presentation by the music students, and a choir presentation.

Vice Principal, GCTC, Donwipou Pamai invoked God's blessings while Rev Dr. Nzan Odyuo offered the benediction. The program was compered by Miss Khristin Kimeri, Music Lecturer.
