Advisor, Prisons, Printing & Stationery H. Haiying inaugurated Nokyan village approach road connecting Nokyan to Nokyan B village at Noklak in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Noklak, Hiazu Meru on 21st May 2022. Advisor, H. Haiying, in his speech, encouraged the landowners to provide land when required by the government for the construction of infrastructures or developmental activities. In order to develop the villages and towns we should think and act positively, he added. Haiying congratulated Nokyan and Nokyan B village council for the successful completion of the approach road. Deputy Commissioner Noklak, Hiazu Meru appreciated the Nokyan village for constructing the approach road under MGNREGA. Meru added that proper planning is very important for all kinds of development be it infrastructure or roads. Chairing the programme, VCC Nokyan, Khengo informed that the approach road was constructed under MGNREGA measuring more than 1 km connecting Nokyan to Nokyan B. The Welcome address was delivered by Mongchon GB of Nokyan village. The dedicatory prayer was pronounced by Pastor Baptist Church, Thangnokyan M. Yanger.
