ADC & Administrator Longleng Town Council D. Robin  in an order stated that in pursuance to the National Directives for COVID-19 Management, and in continuation to the earlier order of the ADC & Administrator Longleng Town Council No.LTC/LLG/ORDER-8/2017-18/108 dated Longleng 10thMay 2020 all concerned has been directed to adhere to the following guidelines.

1.     Compulsory wearing of face cover/mask.

2.     Strict maintenance of social distancing.

3.     Provisions for hand wash/sanitization in shops and business establishments.

        Further, the following activities are hereby strictly prohibited with immediate effect.

1.     Smoking in public places.

2.     Spitting in public places.

3.     Consumption of liquor, paan, gutkha, tobacco etc. in public places.

        Henceforth, any individual found violating the above shall be penalized as mentioned below:-

1.     First offence-Rs. 100/-

2.     Second offence-Rs.200/-

3.     Third offence-violation will be punishable under National Disaster Management Act, section 51(b).
