On the occasion of the 60th Statehood Day programme, the Women Resources Development Department presented a dance performance, titled ‘We are the Nagas.’ The Children Choir (School Education Department) performed a special song titled, ‘We are warriors.’

The cultural troupes which performed on the occasion are the Kevira Cultural Troupe, Kohima village representing the Angami Tribe, Dzülhami Cultural Troupe from Dzülhami village representing the Chakhesang tribe, Surumi Cultural Society, Surumi village representing the Sumi tribe, and Yimkhiung Berü Cultural Troupe representing the Yimkhiung tribe.
