The Department of Land Resources, Longleng organised a training on "Natural Teas", at VDB hall, Longleng on 10th November 2022.

DPO, Land Resources Longleng, K. Kughalu Chishi, in his introduction speech stated that the main objective of the training is to promote the habit of drinking natural teas and knowing the health benefits from natural herbs.

Y. Angngoi Buchem, briefed the trainees on the types, health benefit, method of preparation and value addition of locally available herbs and raw materials of natural teas. The training programme was followed by a practical session where resource person, S. Phamphen Phom, Barista and Proprietor Coffee and Chill Longleng, demonstrated on how to prepare teas with various plants and herbs.

The training was attended by SHGs and woman folks under Longleng district.
