District Task Force Peren along with Joint Action Committee (JAC) on COVID-19 held an emergency meeting at Customary Court, ADC office Jalukie on 4th June, 2020 under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Peren. During the course of meeting the house deliberated the following agenda.

On receipt of information that a positive case has entered the District, the following areas have been hereby contained, JNV quarantine facility 1 block (A & B), GMS Sector (A) Jalukie, AINE Nursing home shall cater to all non covid-19 patients from 5/6/20, Peren College shall be activated for lodging of returnees from 5/6/20, CHC Jalukie is declared as Covid Hospital.

All activities shall proceed as per SOP, Individual ICMR results of all the returnees who were tested from Dimapur should be shared with the DTF and Liason Officers in order to avoid future mistakes, Media coverage Dr. Kevilhulie Meyase, DSO shall be the spokesperson for the District. All information to be routed through him and the DPRO only. The IDSP Team shall coordinate with ICMR registration and functioning of TRUENAT sampling.
