The Directorate of Youth Resources & Sports has informed all the tribal participants for the forthcoming Hornbill Festival that the Department of Youth Resources and Sports will be organizing inter tribal indigenous games competition namely:-

1. Stilt Bamboo race (Men only) with l(one) participant from each tribe.
2. Traditional shot put (Men only) with l(one) participant from each tribe.
3. Traditional fire making (Men only) with l(one) participant from each tribe and
4. Tug of War (both Men & Women) with 8(eight) participants from each tribe for both categories. Cash prizes will be given to the winners.

For Stilt Bamboo and Traditional fire making, the participants have to bring their equipment for the competitions.

Inter-tribal indigenous games competitions are subject to tribal cultural troupes only.
