In pursuance of Sections 159 and 160 of the Representation of the People's Act, 1951, and in view of the conduct of the upcoming General Election to Nagaland Legislative Assembly, 2023, all the Central and State Government Department under Longleng have been directed to furnish a detailed list of officials and staff in Annexure - I along with photocopy of A/Roll duly signed by DDO and Government Vehicles in Annexure - II to the office of the Deputy Commissioner & DEO Longleng.

The updated list in Annexure - I and Annexure - II should be submitted on or before 12th December 2022. In the event of the transfer of any Officers/Staff after submission, details of the transferred official and the new incumbent official along with relevant documents should be immediately reported. The list of Govt. employees in Annexure - I and the list of Government Vehicles in Annexure - II should be signed by the concerned Head of Department and not by any other official on his/her behalf.

Failure to submit the required information by the aforementioned date or concealing information of any officials/staff shall invite disciplinary action against the concerned Head of Department under the relevant section of Election Laws.

This shall be treated as Election "Top Priority".
