The Confederation of All Nagaland State Services Employees Association (CANSSEA) condoled the demise of former General Secretary, Dr. L Shikikhe Sumi, popularly known as Dr LS Sumi, after a brief illness at Faith Hospital on the 12th September 2023. 

Late. Dr L S Sumi served CANSSEA as an office bearer and General Secretary for more than a decade, i.e. from 1995-2010. It stated that the association will always remember him as a man trustworthy with an impeccable character. Late. Dr L S Sumi is survived by his wife, Kiyili Sumi, two sons and four daughters. 

The Association hoped that the Almighty give strength and comfort to the bereaved family and that the departed soul rest in peace.
