Minister Planning & Coordination and State Spokesperson for Covid-19, Neiba Kronu while briefing on Covid-19 informed that All Nagaland Counsellors Association (ANCA) have volunteered to render telephonic counselling services especially to those under quarantine. He asked those needing counselling to send request through WhatsApp to the following number - 7005251298. The timings for counselling are given below:

- Clients at quarantine facility: 10 am to 5 pm

- Clients under home quarantine: 6 am to 9 pm

- Anyone requiring counselling: 6 am to 9 pm

Kronu informed that as of 3 pm, 32 samples have been sent for testing, out of which 25 came negative, and the results of 7 samples are awaited. A total of 4747 people including students who have returned from outside the state from 6th March 2020 onwards have self reported to the respective District Surveillance Teams and have been home quarantined, out of which 1146 have completed quarantine period.

He said that through the self declaration ncovid-19 Nagaland App, a total number of 3905 persons have self registered in the app with all the required information duly filled in while 1165 persons have not completed their full details. Therefore, he urged them to submit the full details because in doing so they are also contributing in our fight against Covid-19 in the state. Kronu also appealed to those who have entered the state after 6th March 2020 to self register in the App with full details. 

While briefing, he also informed about people of Nagaland who may have attended the Nizamuddhin Markaj religious congregation or may have been in the vicinity of that place, in New Delhi, where some Covid-19 positive cases have been reported. For which, tracking of each and every such individual is going on in order to ascertain the detailed information and take other necessary action.

Chief Minister of Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio along with Minister Planning & Coordination & State Spokesperson for Covid-19, Neiba Kronu, Minister Health & Family Welfare, Pangnyu Phom and other senior officials visited the Urban Housing Complex at Meriema, which has been made as a quarantine centre, and NHAK which is going to be kept ready as a Covid-19 hospital. 

He also expressed his happiness over the continued support of the people in ensuring proper enforcement of all the lockdown measures. In Dimapur, certain additional measures have also been taken by the District Administration and police for the lockdown starting from today. 

The availability of food grains, POL, Medicines and all kinds of essential commodities continue to remain normal. In order to ensure that the prices of the commodities remain under control, the District administration has been keeping a strict vigil over the pricing of commodities.
