The Pughobto sub-divisional planning and development board meeting for November was held on 7th November at DB hall, Additional Deputy Commissioner office Pughobto under the chairmanship of MLA & Chairman DPDB, Pughoboto, Y.Vikheho.

Reviewing the last meeting minutes, the discussion for shifting of Additional Deputy Commissioner office Pughoboto to the new building along with the subdivision office of industries, PWD (R&B), IPR, YRS, and NRE Department which is located in the same area. Chairman SDPDB Pughoboto Y. Vikheho Swu inform that the Main purpose for constructing the office within an area was considering the need to provide better service for the people. He informed that Board Members have discussed and agreed to rename Mini Civil Secretariat at Mishilmi as Sub Divisional Office Blocks. Project Director NRE Imliakum appraised the members that the construction of the solar plant was completed. He informed that though the Installation of the solar plant was commissioned in November 2018, the Overall charge to date is managed by the NRE Chairman SDPDB.

Y.Vikheho Swu added that the subdivision of Pughobto is envisioned to provide the most congenial working environment for Government servants and the public. Sub-division Pughobto is also visualized to be a social hub. The chairman informed that the park shall provide space and facilities for outdoor meetings. In due course, the complex shall also promote and develop healthy outlets like a Futsal field, gymnasium, jamming centre music, gaming center interspersed with eateries, and retail outlets through private investors and entrepreneurs shortly.
