A high-level consultative meeting under the State Level Governance Framework of Reform Utsav was held in Longleng on 8th September 2026, at DBDP hall Longleng. Chairing the meeting the Deputy Commissioner, Longleng, W. Manpai Phom, NCS, welcomed the Commission & Secretary, Urban Development & Municipal Affairs and State Nodal Officer for District, Kekhrievor Kevichusa and his team, officers and Civil Society Organisations present in the meeting.

Kekhrievor Kevichusa also highlighted the programme and briefed the house on its key component, functions and futures. He informed the house that public sensitisation will be carried out during September 2026, followed by the launch of the Reform Utsav portal in October. He also requested the Deputy Commissioner to constitute a block level and District level committee.

The DC informed the officers from various departments, blocks and Civil Society Organisations to sensitise the public about Reform Utsav.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from the chairman.
