Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, Justice H. K. Sema, in his visit to District Court Complex, Zunheboto on 25th April 2022 exhorted the gathering to be the voice of the voiceless, to be the speech of the speechless. He also exhorted the Bar members to maintain the dignity of the profession by working hard, adding that there is no substitute for hard labour.
H. K. Sema while acknowledging the initial efforts for the project of a separate High Court of the State, said that the project and the dream of the Nagas have come a long way and would soon be a reality and added that, he too, in his capacity, would approach the concerned department at the central level for the inauguration of the State High Court of the State at the earliest.
Earlier, while delivering the welcome address, District and Sessions Judge, Zunheboto, Ajongba Imchen, NJS expressed that it is a historic moment for the district court as all district courts are not fortunate to have the Judge of the Supreme Court to visit and have an interaction hour with the concerned department.
