The District Planning and Development Board meeting was held at DC's conference hall Kiphire  on 4th May 2022  under the chairmanship of DC Kiphire, Wati Aier NCS.

Reviewing the last meeting minutes, DC has reminded the district HoDs of all developmental departments to submit their Annual Progress Report of their activities to the District Administration at the earliest.

Deliberating on the agendas, the members approved for construction of Ayush Hospital at Kiphire, and upgradation of SGEUL AOIBHNEACH School Kiphire from primary to middle school level which will be forwarded to the higher authority for consideration.

The agenda in regard to Aid for construction of Log Drum Morung has been differed to the next meeting, owing to inability of the GB members to attend the discussion.

During the meeting, Power point presentation were delivered from School education department, KYK and NEIDA followed by an interaction.

Earlier, DC Kiphire has welcomed the new members to the board including Mhonchumo SDAO, Philip Tothong, General Secretary Tikhir Tribal Council and Luthong Yimkhiung PA to DC.
