As a part of SVEEP campaign, a mini marathon was organized on 6th Nov at Pughoboto. The mini marathon was flagged off by the Addl. Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Pughoboto, Thungchanbemo Tungoe, who encouraged the youths to participate enthusiastically in the electoral process.

‘Your vote is precious than gold or diamond so don't let anyone snatch away your previous vote’, said the ADC. He encouraged the participants to do away with proxy voting and asked them to take part in the electoral process and to choose the right leader for the betterment of our society, state and the country. Cash prizes were awarded to the winners in two categories, male and female. All the participants will be given certificate on the National Voters' Day on 25th January 2021.
