In preparation for the forthcoming Independence Day Celebration, a mass social work was conducted across Jalukie Town, Peren on 13th August 2026.
The social work was carried out in various locations under Jalukie town, with the participation of government and private offices, educational institutions, business establishments and wards under the Jalukie Town Council.
The programme was organised in accordance with the circular issued by the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jalukie, directing all Heads of Offices, Principals/Headmasters of government and private schools, higher secondary schools and colleges, business establishments and Town Council members to actively participate in the mass social work.
During the programme, participants undertook cleaning and sanitation activities within their respective jurisdictions, contributing towards a clean and healthy environment in preparation for the Independence Day celebration.
The mass social work was conducted under the supervision and monitoring of the concerned authorities in their respective locations.
