In view of the forthcoming 75th Independence Day celebration, a mass social work was conducted on 14th August, 2021 from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM at Jalukie under the supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner Jalukie, Dr.Tinojongshi Chang, NCS and Extra Assistant Commissioner Jalukie, Tsenthungo E. Ngullie, NCS.

During the drive, all the Government offices under Jalukie sub-division, general public, Jalukie Students’ Union, Traders’ Union Jalukie and Auto Drivers Union, Jalukie took part in cleaning their own office surroundings, wards and town areas.

Meanwhile, shops and business establishments also remain closed during the mass social work.
