The Media Facilitation Centre at Kisama has been functioning from 1st December 2022, providing daily news coverage on the events and activities taking place during the 23rd Hornbill Festival.

Owing to the wide reach that social media and the visual medium provides, and to keep up with it, this year, the Department of Information & Public Relations, Tourism Department and private media houses from the State and outside, have focused on these mediums, tirelessly working round the clock, to make sure that people have up-to-date and upclose experience of the Festival. 

The role of media personnel has increased significantly over the years, and the Media Team at Kisama, besides providing timely coverage of the various events, also focused on highlighting the improvements and shortfalls of the Festival, which can be improved upon.
