Training was conducted for Micro Observers at DC’s conference hall, Phek on 21st February 2023, where about forty designate MOs attended the training session. 

DC & DEO Phek Kumar Ramnikant IAS and General Observers, ECI for Phek District spoke at the training session and delivered the Responsibilities of Micro Observers on the polling day, where MOs were advised to assist the polling team for free and fair conduct of the election. MOs were also advised to be in the polling station up till the end of polling with their eyes and ears open for reporting if any incident happens that affects the polling processes.

Nengpichong Suigsit EAC (P) as the Nodal Officer of the said training, conducted the program.
