The Ministry of Textiles, Government of India will interact with handicrafts artisans through a programme organized by Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Handicrafts Service Centre, Kohima in association with DIC Chozuba at Vamuzo’s Memorial Hall at 11:00 AM on 28th July 2022.

The highlights of the programme will be schemes for DC (Handicrafts) to the Artisans, distribution of Pahchan ID Card, the benefit of e-commerce platform/GeM portal registration, MUDRA loan scheme, welfare scheme for artisans, the benefit of artisan I card (Pahchan), spot enrolment of new Artisan’s for Pahchan ID, GI registration & procedures, Bima Yojana and helpline Centre 1800 208 4800.
