DPDB Mon held its meeting on 22th June 2022 at the Conference Hall of the Office of DC Mon. The new Deputy Commissioner of Mon, Ajit Kumar Verma, IAS took the opportunity to get acquainted with the members of the board. He urged them to extend their support and cooperation for the smooth functioning of the District. 

The board passed the following proposals to their concerned authorities:

1.      Establishment of Bohham Academy School at Zangkham. 

2.      Registration of Tizit Village Tea Farmers Group. 

3.      Registration of Pupil Welfare Society, Mon Town. 

The board also constituted a Verification Committee for LADP 2022-23 and also gave out Meritorious Awards to top-3 students in HSLC and HSSLC (Arts & Science) 2022 under Mon District. 

The meeting was attended by SP Mon, Imnalensa, IPS and other members of the board.
