Deputy Commissioner, Longleng has constituted the District Water & Sanitation Mission Committee (DWSMC) with the following members:

Deputy Commissioner Peren, Vineet Kumar, IAS has informed all Government offices, schools and colleges, churches, private buildings (high rise building), markets under Peren District that the Nagaland Fire & Emergency Services will be conducting fire safety inspection from 21st September to 5th October 2022 as per National Building Code part IV 2016 to avoid fire hazards and incidents.

Deputy Commissioner Peren, Vineet Kumar, IAS has informed all concerned that a Jal Shakti Kendra for dissemination of information on water has been set up in the Office of the Executive Engineer, Water Resources, Peren.

The Indian Red Cross Society (IRCSN) Nagaland State Branch 35th Annual General Meeting will be held on 26th & 27th September 2022. 

Speaker NLA, Sharingain Longkumer, in his concluding remark, said the Thirteenth House started from 1st session to 12th Session, had 38 days of sittings, took 151 hours and 50 minutes. The 13th House passed 26 Reports, 26 Bills, and adopted 8 Resolutions and 14 Discussions on matters of Urgent Public Importance.
