Felicitation programme of Phase 1 winners of Noklak district under the aegis of New India @75 Awareness Campaign on the theme HIV/AIDS, TB and blood donation was held on 12th October 2021 at DC’s Conference, Hall Noklak.

Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Noklak, Hiazu Meru encouraged the students to reach the goal in one's life. Meru advised the students to learn the importance of one's health. Being young and vulnerable, he urged them to say no to intoxicants and avoid bad things for the betterment of the future. 

            Words of encouragement were given by St. Paul School, Noklak and Government Higher Secondary School, Noklak. During the programme, the winners of the district were felicitated.

Vote of thanks was delivered by EAC Noklak Kathyinla while the programme chaired by Heme Lam.
