Advisor for Urban Development & Municipal Affairs, Zhaleo Rio inaugurated the farmers marketing shed at Tsiepama Village, under Medziphema subdivision in Chumoukedima district on 12th July 2024.

The Advisor in his inaugural speech stated that the market shed was a great need for Tsiepama Village and expressed his contentment at the successful completion of it. He stated that as the market shed is located on National Highway-29, it has a lot of potential as travellers and tourists visiting Nagaland will pass through it. Rio also said the market shed is a goog platform  for the villagers to sell their local /organic products. He encouraged the villagers to produce more local agricultural products and boost the local economy. 

       A short speech was delivered by Zhato Kimho, CPO President and vote of thanks by Seyievizo Visezuo, Chairman TVE. The programme was chaired invocation by Keneilezo Nagi, VDB Secretary. The marketing shed is constructed under Rural Development Department, 2023-24 Government of Nagaland.
