Felicitation programme for state topper cum DPDB meeting was held at DC’s Conference hall Kiphire on 10th June 2020 under the chairmanship of Minister V. Kashiho Sangtam.

The Minister congratulated all the students within the Kiphire for their successful achievement and especially to the State Toppers, Chumliba R from Loyola Higher Secondary School Kiphire, securing Top 1 and Ayushi Pathak 8th Rank from Loyola Higher Secondary School, both from Arts stream respectively, and Sumit Sahu from Saramati View Modern School Kiphire securing Top 9th in HSLC. They were awarded certificate sand cash from various NGOs and the Minister’s family. The Minister thanked all the toppers for bringing laurels to the society and as well as for the Kiphire citizens and urged them to continue their good work even in days to come.

Minister handed over free automatic hand sanitizer for DC office Kiphire and also for District Hospital Kiphire along with cash of Rs. 100000 (one lac) to District Task Force for quarantine centre and PS to Minister also donated an amount of Rs. 50,000 towards DTF Kiphire.

Nagaland voluntary working women Association donated 20 pairs of boots, 250 face masks and 100 pairs of hand gloves to the Kiphire District to fight against the battle of COVID-19.

DC Kiphire, Sarita Yadav IAS, thanked all the organisation, individuals who are contributing for tackling against COVID-19 including the Minister’s family for their contribution towards the DTF. She also mentioned that there are more than hundred returnees from different states and as of now there are three quarantine centre i.e. Zisaji Government College, DUDA guest house and Loyola Higher Secondary School.

ADC Kiphire Nyempo Wallim requested all the heads of offices to follow the roster duty and support and care all the persons who are in quarantine centre.
