The Deputy Commissioner Wokha has informed that Language Proficiency Certificates will be issued to indigenous inhabitants of Wokha District from the offices of the Deputy Commissioner Wokha, the Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhandari, and the Additional Deputy Commissioner Sanis.

Applicants are required to furnish the Scheduled Tribe Certificate, Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate, HSLC/Class X Pass Certificate, along with two recent passport‑size photographs for the issuance of the certificate.

The Deputy Commissioner’s office has further clarified that the Language Proficiency Certificate will be issued solely for the purpose of engagement as Gram Dak Sevak (GDS) under the Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, Government of India.
