DC Dimapur Rajesh Soundararajan, IAS launched ALPINE CONCERN’s _“*Message on wheel*” initiative at the office premise of the Dy. Commissioner on 1st September 2020.

Message on wheels is a billboard trailer pulled by a bicycle. Alpine Concern’s message on wheels is environment friendly and is specially designed to carry messages to provide information and also to create awareness among the citizens.
