With regard to the excavated earth, construction materials/spoils etc. being dumped over public roads or over the side drains by several construction sites within Mon Town, resulting in clogging of drainage system and narrowing of the existing road, ADC Mon & Administrator, Mon Town Council, Y. ChingyakKonyak, NCS, on 24th May 2021 issued an order directing all concerned to clear all the excavated earth, construction materials, fire woods, etc. dumped over public roads and drainage within 2 (two) weeks from the date of issue of the order. 

Failure to comply, will invite forceful removal of the materials and legal action being initiated as per appropriate code of law.
