The Confederation of All Nagaland State Services Employees Association (CANSSEA) has appealed to all Head of Departments (HoDs) and Drawing & Disbursing Officers (DDOs) to comply with the Finance Departments Office Memorandum (OM) vide NO.FIN/BUD/12-3/e-payBill/2021-22 dated Kohima the 13th December 2021 for implementing the e-Pay Bill System. The payment of Salaries and Wages via e-Pay Bill System has been relaxed up to January 2022.

It is therefore, appealed to all HoDs and DDOs to comply and hasten the process of updating the PIMS/e-Pay Bill System within the stipulated time frame as directed by the Finance Department so as to enable the state government for smooth transition of the policy and allow its employees to draw pay and allowances on time.
