Organized by Tesen students Unions (TSU), the 2nd edition of the Tesen Super League started on 15th December 2021 with H.A of the Election Office, Peren, Aro Zeliang as the special guest.

The special guest stated that sports educate and motivate people. Zeliang said that hard work is the key element to excel in every activity and lauded the organising committee for promoting sports at grassroot level in Tesen area.

The tournament was officially declared open by the special guest in the presence of village elders and tournament board officials. 

In the opening match, defending champion, Rising FC of New Tesen defeated Mbaulwa FC 2-0 with goals from Namzuyibe Putlang and Kesangrangbe Putlang.
