The 73rd Republic Day was celebrated at Rengma Sports Association ground Tseminyu Old Town. Advisor, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services and Women Resources Development, R. Khing unfurled the national flag and took salute. Then he inspected 3(three) parade contingents led by Asstt. Commandant 4th NAP Tseminyu, Mosenlo Apon. After that he delivered Republic Day speech. The highlights of the program were performances by Tseminyu Tsipwen culture troupe and Tesophenyu village folk song. The special guest also formally inaugurated exhibition stalls from various departments under Tseminyu. He was accompanied with Kenilo Apon IAS, Commissioner & Secretary Soil & Water Conservation; Pollem Tep, Rengma Hoho President and Thapi Semy, OSD to Chief Minister Nagaland. Heads of offices, DBs, GBs and public leader attended the program.
